In full working order - folds smoothly, brakes work and the handle adjusts as it should.
Cosmetically, it does have very few scratches to the paintwork. There are a few more to the plastic parts. The handle leatherette however is in great condition. Please do see pictures for a more detailed overview of the cosmetic condition.
