In good working condition - folds smoothly, brake works perfectly and the handlebar adjusts to the different positions as it should.
In average cosmetic condition - quite a lot of scratching to the extendable parts of the handlebar along with some minor scuffs to the black plastic parts. The leather handlebar is in excellent condition.
